Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this unit, students will

A. Know and understand

Demonstrate Specialised knowledge and understanding of interrelationships in research and learning in various fields of study (Bible and Languages, Christian Thought and History, and Ministry and Practice), with particular attention to a PC topic

B. Be able to

  1. Synthesise research and learning in various fields of study, with particular attention to Pastoral and Church-focussed Ministries
  2. Propose solutions to a real-world problem (historical or contemporary) through the planning and execution of assessment activities that Integrate research and learning in various fields of study across each department of AUT
  3. Present independent Research-Driven perspectives from various fields of study which cohere to address a real-world scenario, with particular attention to Pastoral and Church-focussed Ministries

C. Be in a position to

  1. Develop research-based perspectives and skills from various fields for ministry practice and contemporary Christian living as a reflective practitioner
