Council

THE University IS GOVERNED BY THE Council

Established in 2025, replacing the Board of Directors established in 2008, the Council exercises management and academic oversight of the University’s academic enterprise. The Council is the final arbiter in matters concerning the eligibility of students, approval of new and review of existing courses, and the examination procedures and results. The current members of the Council are outlined below.

Academic Board

the Academic BOARD

The Academic Board is the peak academic body in the University and, as a forum for consideration of academic issues, policy  development and decision-making, is responsible, under the Constitution, to the Council for the academic governance of the University.
