Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this unit, students will

A. Know and understand

   2.  the deepening of one’s understanding of the inward spiritual journey

B. Be able to

 1.  develop approaches and practices in pursuing personal growth

 2.  engage with spiritual disciplines including worship, prayer, reading and solitude

C. Be in a position to

1.  applying perspectives and skills gained from the unit to their personal growth and spiritual journey as reflective leaders

                   1.  Personal reflection: understanding of self

                   2.  Self-awareness: understanding of family of origin; preferences of personality; character formation 

                   3.  Self-care, nurturing of self and life transformation
