Preparing the next generations of gospel workers for Adelaide, South Australia, and beyond

The Bible College SA was established in 1924, and until 1973 was known as the Adelaide Bible Institute. Over many years Bible College SA has had the privilege of training hundreds of Christian men and women from all States of Australia and from overseas for Christ’s service throughout the world.

The object of Bible College SA is to prepare men and women to be more effective in making known the Lordship of Jesus Christ in the world.

Provision of counselling services

We have a strong commitment to student wellbeing. Students are encouraged to view the Student Support Services page for information about personal and counselling support services available, as well as links to relevant policies and processes in place to provide support to students. In addition, the following services are available to students studying at Bible College SA:

  • Referrals can be provided for more complex support matters. Bible College SA draws on a network of local professional psychologists and counselors to whom students can be referred.

Library

The library provides a wide range of digital resources, as well as a physical collection of over 27,000 monographs. Information about the library and services are available here.

1 space available, for group study, private study, recreational activities, socialising, and discussions with lecturers and tutors outside of a classroom setting.

Residential accommodation for students

No on-campus accommodation is available for students. Students are referred to external service – Bible
College SA has produced a ‘Local Services Information’ document available to students, including information about UniLodge Student Accommodation and Adelaide Student Housing.
